Thermal Engineering Group shall seek out and utilize consultants, engineers, central plant managers and other professionals who, through personal experience, can augment our staff and apply their knowledge directly to the needs of our clients. Technologists, engineering students, educators, entrepreneurs, retired professionals and others without the desire to seek full-time employment, will be encouraged to participate as part of the total resource pool.
In addition to performing services under conventional contracts, TEG will promote opportunities which will match our human resources through Outsourcing by linking the talent of such individuals available to TEG with clients who do not have adequate full-time staff and are seeking assistance on a less than full-time basis under an individual employee agreement.
